Hello all! This is a happy announcement.
Tomorrow, on the 28th September (Sunday), AGC will be having a picnic at FRIM(Forest Reserve In Malaysia). So, meet at AGC by 3:30pm, and we will sort out the transport and head there together. Look forward to spending a nice time with nature. We will be there until about 6:30pm. Hope to see you there!

Its been an eventful few weeks, with so many activities. This week the youth meeting IS ON AS USUAL

Disclaimer : The youth does a lot of birthday visitations, but almost all of them are never shown in this blog because a certain aunty was not there with her handphone to take pictures
So Jee Yann is 20 now – wow, the start of an exciting journey; truly, and I can vouch for that cos I’m 44! The way some of you young people talk, its like the end of the world if you have not achieved certain targets by the time you’re 20 or 21! Relax babe, its just THE BEGINNING
Anyway, this certain aunty was at this particular birthday surprise (which didn’t turn out to be a surprise in the end) because Jee Yann’s parents were the hosts of the adult cell group meeting tonight.
So, Jee Yann, have a GREAT day and by the way, its his mum’s birthday tomorrow

His uni mates came earlier with a cake and he went out with them, which was why Joy HAD to tell him about the surprise visit by the youth. Oh, and they threw him into the pool.
Joy bought this cake for him – the girl at the shop could not spell the word “electone”, sigh!

I’ve finally got the pictures from Ah Hui but he told me that a lot of the pics were blur, so a bit of editing went into these pics. If you’re wondering why your face is not in the pictures, guess it was one of the ones that were not clear 
Oh, and do put in appreciative comments, like, thanks to David Yap for all the coordinating and to Keng Lik who “kow tim” the food, I also noticed a lot of new faces, so you might want to share the names of the friends you brought……….I wasn’t there guys, so, its your say

You will know by now (if not, refer to previous entry) that we are having a special mid-autumn festival gathering at the Yong Residence on FRIDAY, 12th September.
So, what are we doing on Saturday, 13th September?
Well, there is NO MEETING at the church on Saturday, BUT the groups are going to have some activity on their own. CALL YOUR CELL LEADER NOW – don’t be left out! In fact, leaders, do comment here and inform your members about what you’re doing on the 13th of September.
Next big news is that there is NO MEETING ON the 20TH OF SEPTEMBER too. Why?
Well, our very own David Goh and his fiancee, Ivy, will be tying the knot at Jalan Imbi Chapel (that’s right, the place where we had our combined meeting). They have invited the entire church to witness their Holy Matrimony and since you belong to the church, YOU ARE INVITED
