It was a BLAST!!
What?
Our 1st AGC/JIC/TLC combined Youth Meeting ….. I call it the 1st because we really should have more of these meetings and I’m counting on it happening.
Anyway, I was really happy with the meeting, the girls were happy and the boys were ecstatic even happier – I’m really not too sure why, but they sure looked really happy :p
Here are some pics of the meeting – the only one I left out were the “makan” ones because I was busy eating – hungry, mah…….
Sorry for the poor quality of the pics – not only was I using my 2.0 handy dandy mobile phone to take pics, it was made worse by the dim lights.
We were caught in a traffic jam on Jalan Bukit Bintang, but made it in time for the 1st song
I think we really made our presence felt by our bright red tshirts!
1st ice breaker conducted by The Life Chapel
2nd ice breaker was done by us, namely, Andy and Bridget. I think they did a great job.
Jee Yann did a fantastic job on our promotional movie. Will upload it soon.

So here’s what we’ll be doing THIS SATURDAY, AUGUST 9th:
3.30 pm SHARP Assemble at AGC and proceed to Jalan Imbi Chapel (JIC)
4.00 pm Arrival of youths from all 3 churches – Life Chapel, AGC
and JIC :)
4.15 pm Introduction and Singing (Life Chapel taking charge)
4.30 pm Indoor Fellowship Games – Game 1 by AGC
(Andy and Bridget); Game 2 by Life Chapel
5.00 pm Power Point Presentation – JIC, Life Chapel and AGC
(in that order)
5.30 pm Sum up – (JIC taking charge)
5.35 pm Prayer and thanksgiving – Open to ALL
5.45 pm Captain Ball and Tea Time -
(People, this is where our bright red MAD 4 Jesus
t-shirts come in handy – can recognize own “lang”)
6.30 pm Meeting ends

LET YOUR LEADER KNOW IF YOU ARE BRINGING A FRIEND – FOR TRANSPORT PURPOSES
WEAR SPORTS SHOES AND YOUR MAD TSHIRT
BRING AN EXTRA TSHIRT IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE BUSUK AFTER THE GAMES
NO NEED TO BRING FOOD – IT WILL BE PROVIDED (SO WILL DRINKS, TOILET, ETC…..)

The cottage meeting at Uncle Chee Keong and Aunty Poh Kiem’s house (together with Leanne and Ernest of course) was just great! Thanks to them for the sumptious food after that too
